Agribank to buy Jiahe Life stake

Agricultural Bank of China has received approvals from the banking and insurance regulators for its acquisition of a stake in Jiahe Life, according to a statement to the Hong Kong stock exchange.
Agribank will hold a 51 percent stake of Jiahe Life after the transaction completes, it said in the statement.
Agribank will buy 1.04 billion shares of Jiahe Life for 2.59 billion yuan.
