Chinese shares open higher Wednesday

BEIJING - Chinese stocks opened higher Wednesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.16 percent to open at 2,315.56.
The Shenzhen Component Index opened at 9,863.7, up 0.17 percent.
