China's stocks close up Wednesday

BEIJING - Chinese shares rose for the third consecutive day on Wednesday with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index closed up 0.22 percent, or 5.99 points, at 2,750.29.
The Shenzhen Component Index rose 0.17 percent, or 19.84 points, to 11,761.10.
