China's railway investment to top 700b yuan this year

BEIJING - China's Ministry of Railways on Friday announced that its total investment this year will reach 744.5 billion yuan ($114.5 billion), with 600 billion yuan going for infrastructure construction, according to ministry spokesperson Wang Yongping.
