Shan Chongxin: Build intl innovation center to attract global talent

Shan Chongxin, a member of the 14th CPPCC National Committee and vice-president of Zhengzhou University, said in an exclusive interview with China Daily that the university will further strengthen cooperation with enterprises to speed up the real-world application of its research.

He added that the university will deepen international collaboration and work to build a global innovation center to attract research talent from around the world.

During this year's two sessions, Shan will focus on youth education — particularly education in underdeveloped regions, along with efforts to turn research into practical results.
