Police bust child trafficking gang, rescue four infants

Four suspects involved in child trafficking have been arrested, and three infants have been successfully rescued, according to a statement released by Hecheng district's public security bureau in Huaihua city, Hunan province, on Sunday.
The bureau received a report from a citizen about suspected child trafficking activities on Saturday noon, the statement said.
The local police station quickly responded, controlling two suspects and asking the informant to assist with the investigation.
Upon verifying the initial information, the bureau established a special task team to investigate the case.
By the evening of Saturday, four suspects had been arrested, and three infants were successfully rescued.
The case is under investigation.
