One of the proposals made by the top political advisory body of North China's Hebei province last year to attract talents for the province's major projects  has been adopted by the local human resources department.

The proposal mainly advises on introducing talents for the development of Xiongan New Area, the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei province and services for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. It was adopted into a three-year plan(2018-2020) for the province's construction of talents team by the Hebei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security.

Details of the plan have not been released.

"Proposals by political advisors have played a positive role in the province's development of different fields, including economy, culture and ecological construction," Su Yinzeng, vice-chairman of the Hebei Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), said at an annual session on Sunday.

The opening of the Second Session of the 12th Hebei Provincial Committee of the CPPCC was held in Shijiazhuang city, provincial capital of Hebei. The session ends on Thursday.

According to Su, a total of 728 proposals were made by members of the provincial committee last year, 717 of which have been put on file, accounting for 98.5 percent of the total.

A large proportion of the proposals focused on the province's economic development and the construction of ecological civilization, such as promoting the integrated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and supporting the growth of private businesses, he said.

Political building, cultural advancementand social development also were concerns of Hebei political advisors.
