An Jun'ao, whose real name is Antonio, is from Mexico. He has had a strong interest in Chinese culture since he was a child. He enrolled in Beijing Language and Culture University to study Chinese in 2011.

He's impressed by the city's cultural heritage, public services and tidiness.

The student realized his dreams when he was admitted to a graduate program at Peking University's Yenching Academy. He believes China offers quality education.

"It is a great opportunity to study at Peking University," he says.

"You can get access to many influential experts and teachers. And you can learn more about Chinese culture."

He plans to apply for an internship in a Beijing company this year to apply what he has learned.
