One killed, 2 injured in urban rail accident in Frankfurt

FRANKFURT, Nov. 13 -- An urban rail vehicle, or S-train, hit people Tuesday afternoon at the railway station Ostendstrasse near the European Central Bank in Frankfurt, Germany, leaving one dead, two injured, the local fire department reported via twitter.
