Vice-Minister of Commerce holds talks in US

China and the US had constructive and frank talks on bilateral economic and trade issues from Aug 22 to 23.

Vice-Minister of Commerce Wang Shouwen is also China’s deputy international trade representative and held the talks in the US with his counterpart David Malpass, undersecretary for international affairs at the US Treasury Department.

Both sides will continue to maintain contact, China's Ministry of Commerce said.
