Artificial waterfall makes a splash in Guizhou

An artificial waterfall creates waves in Guiyang, Guizhou province, on Friday. The 108-meter-high waterfall almost covers the whole 121-meter-tall building. It uses four large-sized water pumps to take water to the top of the building. The electricity bill for just one hour is about 800 yuan. [Photo/IC]
