Tianshan Group, a major business conglomerate based in Hebei, will launch a large-scale indoor tourism project along the Yellow River with high-quality facilities and activities related to water culture in Northwest China, according to the company's top management.

The project will center on the themes of water, health, and ice and snow during all seasons, taking advantage of the hot springs and rich local cultural resources in that area, said Sun Yuliang, general manager of the project.

"The Yellow River is the root of Chinese civilization and the core of tourism in Ningxia province," said Dang Jianping, deputy director of the Tourism Development Commission of Ningxia. "The project will become a symbol for Chinese Yellow River culture and a new breakthrough in the history of tourism along the Yellow River."

As the latest product, the project will be the first to highlight water culture in China and it will be significant for the development of Ningxia tourism, establishing Ningxia's important position in Chinese tourism, said Dang.

Chinese tourism has unique characteristics and values in the world due to China's status as the market with the biggest domestic demand in the world, said Kang Liping, CEO of Tianshan Group in Northwest China.

As the first of Chinese brands to focus on Chinese water culture tourism, Tianshan Group has dedicated itself to integrating Chinese enterprise philosophy with humanistic spirit and influencing the world through Chinese tourism in the new era, said Kang.
