Jinke Property Group to expand business

Jinke Property Group Co Ltd, a major real estate developer in China, plans to strengthen its business expansion in the country's three major economic circles in the coming three years, according the company's top management.

The Chongqing-headquartered property developer will strengthen its business exploration in major cities around the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Economic Circle, Yangtze River Delta Economic Circle, Pearl River Delta Economic Circle, said Fang Mingfu, co-president of Jinke. The Yangtze River Economic Belt is also included.

With China's fast urbanization, an increasing number of major property developers, include Vanke and Country Garden, focus their business expansion along the major city-clusters and economic circles.

According to He Liwei, general manager of Jinke's North China region, the company plans to add 30 more investment projects and 10 industrial park investment projects in the next three years, aiming to achieve an overall sales volume of 50 billion yuan ($7.97 billion).

"In the future, our focus will be on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the middle and west regions," He said. "Through industrial real estate innovation, we hope to bring vitality and impetus to those cities' development."

Since the company made its strategic move into the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic region, its business expansion has centered on Beijing, with Tianjin and Shijiazhuang as its two wings. And the company also will actively seek opportunities to enter key cities like Taiyuan, Shenyang and Dalian.

Since 2017, the company has added 13 new projects, increasing its land bank to 200 hectares, with 400 hectares of buildable area.
