National Ballet of China Symphony Orchestra in Beijing

Founded in 1959, National Ballet of China Symphony Orchestra is affiliated to National Ballet of China. Zhang Yi is Music Director and Chief Conductor, and Liu Ju is Permanent Conductor. Since the reform and opening up in China, led by Zhao Ruheng (former President of National Ballet of China Symphony Orchestra), this orchestra has made considerable progress in art production. When world-famous French conductor Jean Perrsion performed in China, he personally paid a visit to this orchestra and offer instructions. Ashley Lawrence (Chief Conductor of National Symphony Orchestra of Peru) and Peter Larsen (Chief Conductor of the Royal Danish Ballet) joined hands with the orchestra for concerts.

China National Traditional Orchestra in Beijing

As a national-level orchestra directly under the Ministry of Culture, China National Traditional Orchestra, founded in 1960 under the direction of former premier Zhou Enlai, is regarded as the standard-setter, model and bench mark of China's folk music performance. The Orchestra, made up of folk orchestra, chorus and art creation center, boasts a group of musicians and sharp-sighted managers. Li Huanzhi (1919-2000), famous composer and former Chairman of China Musicians' Association, had served as its first president and now Xi Qiang, Chinese string instrument artist and musicologist, is at the wheel.

Army Comedy Devil Week by the Field Operation Culture Squad of the Armed Police Force in Beijing

The "Devil Week" limitation training of a special force of the armed police sounds the trumpet for battle. The winning group will take part in the International Special Soldiers Competition on behalf of the Chinese Armed Police.
